About Me
EXPERIENCE:
Kimberly has been licensed since 1997 and obtained her real estate broker's license in 1999. Prior to entering general real estate, Kimberly worked for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, managing several condo conversions in the Orlando area. Kimberly's original career in real estate included ten years with a national property management company, Trammell Crow Residential Services. She was the Vice President and Broker for H.E.L.P. Realty, Inc., the company's residential real estate division, which operated an innovative program to assist apartment renters with home purchases. Kimberly holds her Bachelor's degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and spent the first several years after college in a management position with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company.
Kimberly handles real estate in the West Orange and South Lake County areas, from Dr. Phillips to Clermont, but specializes in Winter Garden, Oakland, Windermere and Montverde.
PERSONAL GOALS:
Kimberly has a passion for real estate and gets personal satisfaction in helping clients through the intricate details of buying and selling properties and by ensuring their goals are achieved for a successful transaction. Her extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry gives her the cutting edge to assist any type of real estate client, but most importantly her work ethic, commitment and heart will provide the customer service that will exceed your expectations. Real estate goes way beyond just a job for her. She believes in building long lasting relationships one person at a time and gets extreme gratification in helping others with her experience and expertise. Her goal is to build a profound relationship and become your Realtor for life.
Kimberly resides near the historic part of Winter Garden, so living and working here has helped her become the Neighborhood Specialist. She is supportive and active in her local community, and believes in giving back. One way in which she has found to do this is by donating a portion of each home sale to Matthew's Hope; a non-profit organization caring for the homeless families in West Orange.
EDUCATION:
B.A.Degree - Flagler College, 1991
Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License, 1997
Florida Real Estate Broker License, 1999
PERSONAL INTEREST:
Kimberly was originally from Kittanning, PA. She met her husband, Matt, at college. They currently reside in Montverde, but spent 15 years renovating a 1901 home in the historical section of Winter Garden. Kimberly and Matt love traveling and simply spending time outdoors, such as golfing, biking, and fishing. Some of their most favorite weekends are simply staying in town for the local communities' events and festivities, shopping and dining in the quaint historic area of Winter Garden, and spending time at the farmer's market on Saturday.
